Our Employment Counsellors are fluent in American Sign Language and English and use a bicultural and bilingual approach in service provision. We believe in providing individualized, client-centered planning to assist job seekers and employers in achieving their goals.

Employment Counsellors are Certified Career Development Practitioners (CCDP). This means that they are:

• Professionals who exhibit career development knowledge, needs assessment skills, referral expertise, and interpersonal competence as a career development professional
• Registered with the Career Counselling Practitioners Association
• Committed to adhering to a professional code of ethics outlined by the Canadian Standards and Guidelines for Career Development Practitioners

Employment Counselling Services are available at our West 7th Avenue Head Office in Vancouver, our Tri-Cities Office in Port Coquitlam, and in Surrey.
