Many companies encourage their employees to contribute to charities by offering a matching gift program. This means the company will donate funds equal to your contribution to the same fund, effectively doubling the gift. Check with your employer to see if they offer a charitable gift matching program.

By directly donating your publicly listed securities to Wavefront Centre, you’ll pay no capital gains tax on the increase in their value since you purchased them. That means more of your gift can go directly to the cause you care about most.
Transferring your securities to the Wavefront Centre is fast and easy. We’re happy to provide step-by-step instructions and a securities transfer form that you can use to instruct your broker to make the transfer.
