Communication Access Real-time Translation (CART) is a speech-to-text service for hard of hearing individuals who need communication access. We can provide this service remotely for individuals in educational or business settings.
Offline Closed Captioning is created through the transcription of the spoken word and the assignment of time codes to those captions so that they are synced to the video
