Rebecca Angel

Director of Audiology & Business Transformation

I am a passionate audiology professional with a master’s degree in audiology from the University of British Columbia and a strong academic foundation in psychology and neuroscience. As Director of Audiology and Business Transformation at Wavefront Centre for Communication Accessibility, I oversee the growth and success of the organization’s hearing clinics, ensuring the delivery of top-quality hearing health services while enhancing client experiences and building meaningful community partnerships.

I bring a decade of experience in the field and my career spans both clinical audiology and the manufacturing side of the hearing aid industry, allowing me a unique perspective on the innovation behind hearing technologies that improve communication access. With my certificate in graphic design from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, I employ a creative approach and empathetic nature in my work, strengthening my communication of complex concepts.

Whether developing training materials, spearheading marketing initiatives, or delivering community outreach, I am committed to empowering individuals and professionals alike through education and support.

I am proud to be part of Wavefront Centre; its mission to improve accessibility and reinvest in community-focused programs inspires me each day. I value the organization’s dedication to fostering trust, building relationships, and enhancing the lives of individuals with hearing loss.

Guided by evidence-based practices and a deep commitment to improving communication access, I strive to help others navigate their hearing journeys with confidence and live their most connected lives.
