Natalie Michael is the Chair of the Governance Committee and a Board Member with Wavefront.  She is also the Managing Partner, of CEO Next Chapter a firm that specializes in CEO Transitions and Succession Planning.  She is a Master Certified Mackay CEO Forum Chair with a decade experience chairing CEO groups and she is the co-author of:  Your CEO Succession Playbook:  How to Pass the Torch so Everyone Wins.  She is also on the Board of Foundations for Social Change.  She has a Masters in Organizational Leadership and a BA in Psychology and she is currently taking a program on Innovative Governance.
