Raymond To, MBA, CPA, is an experienced technology recruiter, business advisor and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience working with technology companies, startups and executive teams. As Founder and President of GO Recruitment, he has helped companies build leadership and technical teams across British Columbia’s technology sector.

Raymond also served as Treasurer and Chair of the Finance & Audit Committee of Tennis BC, where he provides board-level oversight of finance, audit, risk and governance. He is a private investor in early-stage technology companies and was previously recognized as one of Business in Vancouver’s Forty Under 40.

Raymond brings to the Wavefront Centre Board a combination of financial, governance, technology-sector and human capital experience, along with a strong commitment to community service and accessibility.
