Event | Community Yoga

Join Wavefront Centre for accessible community yoga classes, designed for people who are DeafBlind, Deaf, and Hard of Hearing.

These welcoming sessions focus on gentle movement, mindfulness, and inclusive wellness in a supportive environment.

Class Times:

  • 11:00 am – Yoga for people who are DeafBlind
  • 1:00 pm – Yoga for people who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing

Webinar | From Communities to Classrooms: Hearing Care for Children 

On March 4, 2026, join Wavefront Centre for a World Hearing Day webinar focused on children’s audiology and the importance of timely hearing care at any stage of life.

About 90 million children worldwide live with hearing loss, including 1 in every 300 babies born in BC. When left unaddressed, hearing loss can affect learning and social development, with lifelong impacts.

Aligned with the 2026 World Hearing Day theme, our expert panel will explore how early identification, intervention, and classroom accessibility help children grow, learn, and thrive. Presenters include:

Event | Tax Clinic

On March 14, 2026, Wavefront Centre is pleased to host our annual community Tax Clinic, offering free tax filing support for individuals with low income.

Eligibility guidelines:

  • $25,570 or under – single individuals
  • $40,000 – seniors
  • $16,200 – single individuals on PWD
  • $32,400 – two adults, both on PWD
