Community Outreach Services

Wavefront Centre’s Community Outreach Services are dedicated to fostering inclusion, independence, and connection for individuals who are Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing.

Through personalized support, education, and advocacy, we help people access the resources they need to thrive at every stage of life.

From employment and seniors outreach to DeafBlind services and community education, our programs are built on understanding, respect, and empowerment.

Employment Services

We support Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing individuals in finding and keeping meaningful employment through job search assistance, career counseling, skills development, and workplace accommodation—partnering with employers to build inclusive, accessible workplaces.

Seniors Outreach Services

We support Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing seniors through home visits, community programs, and access to assistive devices—helping them stay independent, connected, and empowered as they age.
