Queenie Tam

Client Success Coordinator/Audiology Technician

Queenie Tam feels a profound sense of appreciation and gratitude for being part of Wavefront Centre, working alongside a dedicated team to support people in meaningful ways.

Born with severe and profound hearing loss in both ears—a condition not identified until the age of three—Queenie has worn a hearing aid in her left ear ever since. Later, her family also discovered that her younger sister shares the same condition. Growing up with these challenges instilled in her a deep empathy for others experiencing hearing loss, shaping a lifelong passion for this work.

At Wavefront Centre, Queenie is committed to making a meaningful, positive impact on clients’ lives. By supporting her colleagues and the team, she helps ensure the continued delivery of exceptional service to everyone who walks through the doors.
